General Terms and Conditions


1.Step - Selection of product

Buy in our online shop can be done with selecting the desired item. Products are classified according to individual collections. When you are on the page of the selected product, select additional options such as color of the item, size, and quantity. The choice of the article by clicking on the "Add to cart". Then the screen displays your options: If you want to continue with the purchase of another product, click the "Continue shopping" button, if you want to complete the purchase then select "Checkout". By clicking on the "Checkout" you will be redirected to the checkout page where you to insert your username and passworkd if you are registered or all your data if you want to purchase item as guest.

2. Step - Shopping Cart

In the shopping cart you can change the quantity of ordered products, or delete the selected item. If you want to change the quantity, enter the new amount, then click on the update icon if you want to save your change. If you dont wont to buy the product, delete it by clicking the Delete icon. In this step, you still have the option to continue shipping. Under the shopping cart you can enter the coupon code or gift voucher if you have one.

3. Step - Sending order

The sending order procedure is as follows, if you didnt login before choosing the item, you will have to enter your username and password. If you are not yet registered, then select "New customer" and fill in the requested information. Before sending the application is also required to confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions which are constantly available on our website. If you have already signed up before the selection, you display order, as well as information on the payer. If the place of delivery is different from the billing address indicated. Click "Next." By clicking on the "Next" select mode of delivery. Again, just click "Next." In the next step website requires to re-evaluate data if they are real, and for the confirmation of the order by clicking on the "Confirm Order".

Via e-mail, you will receive a notice of completion of the contract. This is a contract.

Once we receive your order, we will process as soon as possible. In case the ordered product is not in stock, we will notify to your email.

A representative of the company can contact you by phone or e-mail to verify your details ambiguities and irregularities in the procurement.


All shop prices are in Euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices daily.


You can chose either to pay with:

- payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, ..),
- payment via PayPal,
- cash on delivery (only for shipments to Italy and Slovenia),
- pay by proforma invoice.


Online store Nara Camicie wants to accommodate as much as possible the wishes of all our customers, thats why we deliver the purchased goods to your address or any other address that you enter when ordering. We use Post of Slovenia for our deliverys. Delivery time depends mainly of which country the order come from and can vary from 4 days to 30 days. If you choose to pay by card, you can expect shipment on the first working day after receipt of payment. If you chose payment with proforma invoice you can expect shippment same day the money will be on our account. This applies to products that are in stock. If the product is not in stock , the delivery time is extended and is determined by agreement between the parties.

We ship worldwide. 
Delivery of goods is in care of Post of Slovenia.

For normal packages in EU countries:
Standard delivery cost is 8,50 EUR

For normal packages in other countries: 
Standard delivery cost is 14,00 EUR

If the ordered items cant fit the normal delivery packages we will contact you to check the best solution.
For all orders outside EU please call us to check the cost of delivery.


The buyer shall be entitled to thirty (30) days return purchased goods without any compensation. However, the buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred in the return of goods. About the intention to return, the buyer must notify in writing the bidder within 7 days of receipt of goods, namely on the contact e-mail while goods returned within a further thirty (30) days. Be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and all documents which the product belongs. Provider buyer returns the entire purchase price no later than fifteen (15) days of receipt of returned goods. We do not refund shipping costs.

The consumer has no right to cancel the contract if:

  • The parties have agreed so
  • The case of goods which have been manufactured according to the instructions of the consumer or. has been adapted to their personal needs
  • Doesn´t have invoice

We acept complaints about delivered items 14 days after receipt of invoice. You must send us the reclamation by e-mail to [email protected]


We protect your personal data carefully against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. The data is stored on servers protected by password and with restricted access. Online store Nara Camicie take good care for safety of your personal data and respect your choices for its intended use. User data may in no case be handed over to a third party. All information obtained through the online store Nara Camicie will only be used for sending information material, offers, invoices and other necessary communications.

We reserve the right for typographical errors.


Provider respectis the existing customer protection laws and to do its best to fulfill its duty of establishing an effective system of dealing with complaints. Complaints and disputes must be submitted via mail: [email protected] or via letter to address: Naracamicie, Katarina Pišot s.p., Bevkov trg 6, 5000 Nova Gorica. Complaint procedure is confidential. Naracamicie shall within five working days confirm, that the complaint has been recieved and has to communicate to the customer, how long it will take to dealt with and promptly inform the customer about the procedure.
